1. What is the difference between direct stock and the shop?
Immediate stock
Our direct stock is delivered straight from the warehouse. The range is slightly more limited than in the shop, but shipping is lightning fast: you'll receive your order within 1–2 business days.
Shop
In our shop, you'll find the full range. Here you can personalize your item completely to your liking, so it perfectly matches your style and preferences.
2. What is the difference between the Player and Fan versions?
Player version
This is the variant players wear on the field. Tight, athletic fit, and lightweight materials. We often recommend one size up.
Fan version
More comfortable fit and sturdier material, ideal for everyday use. Similar to the player look, but with a focus on wearing comfort.
3. What is the delivery time?
- Direct stock within 1-2 business days.
- Shop / Personalized Items: 5–15 business days (depending on product and personalization).
4. How do returns or exchanges work?
Returns or exchanges within 14 days - easy and tailored.
Within 14 days of receipt, you can return or exchange your order. For a return, you will receive a voucher; for an exchange, you can specify the desired size immediately.
Important conditions:
- Items must be returned unworn and with tags attached.
- Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products must not show signs of use or damage.
5. Delivery & Shipping
We ensure that your order is shipped as completely as possible. If you order multiple items, you will typically receive them together in one package.
Should there be any unforeseen delays, this is often because we are customizing your order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace code.
